Purchased eGift cards do not expire. If a credit was given to you in the form of an eGift card and eGift card remains inactive for 24 months, the eGift card will no longer be valid.

To secure appointment, prepayment for service is required. Booking fee is non-refundable. 

All cancellations or time changes must be settled 24 hours prior to appointment.
